ah mole in the middle of the night had an asthma attack and we gotta find a 24hr clinic in the west...hmm lets be even more specific..it was at clementi train station the one and only 24hr clinic next to ntuc
well somehow tat bitchy receptionist got into a fight with us...she was being rude in giving the 'u dun have $82 then dun see the doc' attitude...well for god's sake we juz want the inhaler!!!!!! and u started screaming at us when we went ahead to see the doc...cmon u r juz a freaking receptionist la!!! its not like we will run away over that kind of money
whoever told you that you were flexible in yr job...they lied
ok nevermind...talk about efficient medical service...the very huge emphasis on service..and worst.. the very ugly side of humanity and the 'acclaimed' kindness of our people.
u remind me of those people in malaysia that got rejected from medical attention juz becos the shortage of a few measely bucks.
well actually eliz had enough cash with her but we weren't really happy with her when she started screaming at us
you shouldnt be in this line if you weren't the least sympathetic...get a desk job for some retail shops instead darling

CASE No.2

next day mel tan visited jurong polyclinic for consultation.. she was having a high fever and was shivering...well funny thing is that the nurse at the registration counter did not even bother to check her temp even when she claimed she was running a temp.
i am absolutely sure it is a standard procedure to ensure the patient does not have a fever at the registration counter????

u know how careless people are...ya people do mistakes..but in this line...i dun think they should...dun wanna dwell into worser scenarios...but that mistake sure is risky...never overlook anything that is contagious to health...

ok...then mel waited for like one hour plus to see the doc...when she approached the nurse to enquire about her turn..they referred her back down to get her temp taken...then asked her to go up again to some room...then down again to another...seriously

WHAT THE FARK ARE YOU THINKING!!!!

its yr freaking job to do that!!! and what is the problem with u guys asking my fren to climb up and down 3-4 times without any justifiable explanation!!!
then nvm...

when she finally get to see the doc...the doc actually told her to go down again cos her records are not with him!!!

wat la!!!! wat the fuck!!! my fren pay money for consultation then now she have to run up and down take her own records???? in a freaking government polyclinic!!!!wat is this!!! i know polys are always packed with people...but to ask my fren to scale the building several times is really ridiculous...all this isit becos of yr inefficiency or yr complacency???
so now let's go through what happen alright:
1. she was running a high temp and was shivering
2. u did not check when told about it...let me remind u its yr duty to do so at every registration
3. u told her to go down to get her temp taken...dun u think u shld accompany her?
4. then she was told to go back up and wait for the doc
5. after waiting again...u then break it to her she has to go down to another room instead
6. she went down to that room u specified...then again u guys asked her to go up
7.when she finally seen the doc...the doc had the audacity to tell her to go down again cos her records aint there!!!
8. still nvm...when mel questioned about her condition...he actually told her 'im a gynae doctor'.
so whether he's saying 'he dunno exactly whats wrong' or juz a plain fact he is a gynae (hurray!!)
seriously i dun think mel's bothered nor entertained with that piece of info.

Im not trying to flame or wat...but i do acknowledged that we have to wait quite awhile for public medical attention...but funny thing is that the waiting's always that long...but when it comes to payment...*snap snap*
cant help but feel that all the funds & improvements merely was to allow the efficiency of payment??

CASE No.3

Well to level the whole field...i got another case from a private this time:

i went to a private doc the other month...was at tamah jurong area

i got some heat rash on my chest...

first he was allusive with his diagnosis...when i asked him what i've got...he actually replied me something like 'see even if i tell u...u wouldnt know it too' attitude. and since the rash was on my chest...before i left..he actually said how lucky i am cos some got it all over their body..while i have it on my chest only.

unless you wanna look at a rash infested chest of mine for the rest of yr life then u better keep yr farking opinions to yrself!!!

u were reluctant to tell me what i have...u responded feebly to my questions...you did not bother to keep yr eyes level with mine for a good 20secs!!!
